Brad Beers

Founding Partner

With forty-seven years of trial experience, Brad has seen and handled almost every type of case and represented almost every type of client under the sun. A member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, Brad is a passionate believer in civility and the right of a trial by jury.

A graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, Brad began his career as a prosecutor in the Harris County District Attorney’s office and has been in private practice since 1987. Brad started Beers Law Firm in 1996. Primarily representing plaintiffs, his practice spans complex commercial work, including shareholder matters, trust and estate disputes, probate disputes, trade secret matters, personal injury, and other business and partnership disputes. Brad represents clients in state and federal court, arbitration, and administrative hearings. Brad’s clients range from individuals and small business owners to Fortune 500 companies, from patients to physicians and hospitals, and he is often who other lawyers turn to when needing their own representation.

In addition to his work at Beers Law Firm, Brad is a generous volunteer with his time. Brad is frequently asked to guest lecture at law schools and he has been appointed as a special investigator or special prosecutor across Texas. Brad is the Chair of the board of St. Luke's Hospital, The Woodlands, and serves on the Trinity Episcopal Church Endowment Board, and East Texas A&M University Foundation Board, among others. Brad was a member of the board of trustees for St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System prior to its sale to CHI and on the board of Tulane University from 2015-2024.
